Every prompt below includes a use case, the full prompt, an example of the output to expect, and tips. Swap the [bracketed] parts for your own details.
Customer Avatar Interview
Use case: Get clear on who you sell to.
Prompt:
Interview me to build a customer profile for my [business type] that sells [product/service] in [location/online].
Ask one question at a time, 8 questions max, about who buys, why, what they compared, and what nearly stopped them.
After my last answer, write a one-paragraph customer profile and 3 phrases they'd actually say that I can use in marketing.
Example output (excerpt): Profile: "Busy parents in suburban Austin who want a birthday cake that looks custom but can be ordered in under 5 minutes..." Phrases: "I don't have time to go back and forth."
Tips: Answer with real customer quotes from reviews when you can.
Google Business Profile Glow-Up
Use case: Write a local listing description and posts.
Prompt:
Write a Google Business Profile description (max 750 characters) for [business name], a [type] in [city/neighborhood].
Include: what we do, who it's for, 2 specific differentiators ([list]), and a call to action. Mention the neighborhood naturally once, no keyword stuffing.
Then write 3 short update posts (under 300 characters each) for the next month.
Example output (excerpt): "Family-run bike shop in East Nashville fixing commuter and kids' bikes, most repairs done same day..."
Tips: Only list differentiators that are true and verifiable; local customers will check.
Price Increase Announcement
Use case: Tell customers about a price change without losing them.
Prompt:
Write a message to existing customers announcing a price change from [old] to [new] for [product/service], effective [date].
Reason: [honest reason]. Something we're adding or keeping: [value].
Tone: straightforward and grateful. Include an option for loyal customers: [e.g. lock in old price until date]. Under 170 words, for [email/text/social].
Example output (excerpt): "Starting March 1, our monthly lawn plan goes from $45 to $52. Fuel and equipment costs rose, and we'd rather adjust than cut corners..."
Tips: Give at least 30 days notice; send it before the bill, not with it.
Competitor Snapshot
Use case: Compare yourself to competitors from public info.
Prompt:
I'll paste public info (website text, reviews) from [2-3 competitors] and my business.
[paste]
Build a comparison table: offer, price signals, who they target, top praise in reviews, top complaint in reviews.
Then suggest 3 gaps I could own, based only on what's in the text. Mark anything that's a guess as (guess).
Example output (excerpt): Gap: "Two competitors get repeated complaints about no-show appointments; offering text reminders and a guaranteed arrival window could be your hook."
Tips: Reviews are gold: paste the 1- and 3-star ones, not just the 5-stars.
